We both have backgrounds in the health care industry, Ginger as a medical assistant and Blair as a massage therapist. We both have a variety of interests and we share the Gemini astrological sign.
Focus is not something that we have a lot of, we like shiny objects and they can be very distracting. You will find that our articles and the range of subjects that we like may be a little random but everything that we include here has a tie to our happy healthy living philosophy.
We love to travel and share our experiences with our readers. Our healthy recipes section has many recipes that we have found on our travels, we also have found some great healthy products that we sell through our eBay store.
